Modern Control is licensed for lawful Garry's Mod server operations. You may not reverse engineer agent authentication, share agent secrets, or use the platform to automate punishment without human review where the product is designed as investigation tooling.

Licenses grant a seat allowance. Exceeding activations, transferring hosts without the transfer flow, or redistributing proprietary packages outside your agreement is prohibited.

Release Candidate software is provided without production SLA unless defined in a separate Enterprise order form. Purchase agreements govern commercial terms when you buy.
